Spiral bound with pull-out violin part. For the intermediate level, an outstanding collection of famous pieces not easily (if at all) found elsewhere for violin with piano accompaniment. I really like this collection!! - R Vaga. BTW - the reason we do not display more examples on the web site, is because the publishers have a cow about it. We may very well be contacted (again!) and asked to remove these example pages.

Long out of print, these virtuoso transcriptions by the legendary violinist Jascha Heifetz date from 1947, and have previously been available only separately. These showpieces capture the excitement of Gershwin's score in a unique and fascinating way.

Violin has the melody of course, but these songs are a bit more difficult rhythmically as well as melodically. It certainly helps to be familiar with the songs!
